 “Processing” means your order has been received, payment has been confirmed, and our team is preparing your items for shipment.

 Selecting an expedited shipping method may speed up order processing, but final timelines depend on product availability and verification requirements.

 Yes—during checkout, simply select the gift option. You can also include a personalized message for the recipient.

 No—when you select the gift option, prices will be removed from the packing slip included in the shipment.

 For select items, we offer premium gift wrapping for an additional fee. Options and availability will be displayed during checkout.

Absolutely. Enter the recipient’s address in the Shipping Address section during checkout. You may also save it to your Address Book for future orders.

 Gift orders follow the same processing times as standard orders. If you’d like it delivered sooner, select an expedited shipping option at checkout.

Yes—gift returns or exchanges can be arranged. The recipient may receive store credit, a replacement item, or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances and our Return Policy.

 Once payment is authorized, we confirm your order details, verify availability, and begin preparing your items for shipment.

 For most orders, your payment is captured at the time of authorization. In some cases, such as pre-orders, your card may be authorized at checkout and charged closer to shipment.

Yes—cancellations must be requested before your order ships. Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy.

No—there are no cancellation fees for orders canceled before shipment, unless the item is marked as non-cancelable or final sale.

For your convenience, we provide preprinted return labels. If you prefer to use your own carrier, we recommend choosing an insured ground service with a tracking number. Please note that Lawki is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

The return period is outlined in our Return Policy. Most items can be returned within the specified timeframe, provided they meet our condition requirements.

 Items must be in new condition, in the original unaltered manufacturer’s packaging (including intact UPC), and include all accessories, manuals, and packing materials.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

If your return meets all conditions in our Return Policy, no restocking fee will apply. If conditions are not met, a restocking fee of at least 15% may be charged.

 Yes—you may exchange an item for another of equal or greater value. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and ship it as soon as it becomes available.

In most cases, domestic orders placed before 6:00 PM ET Monday–Thursday will ship the same day. On Fridays, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM ET for same-day shipping.

  • Ship all available items immediately, with the remaining items sent as soon as they’re back in stock.

  • Hold your order so all items ship together at a later date.

The choice is yours, giving you flexibility and control over your delivery.

 In some cases, manufacturers place restrictions on where their products can be sold. Additionally, certain countries may be unavailable for delivery due to government regulations, import limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 “Drop ship” means the item will be shipped directly from the vendor to you, bypassing our warehouse. This process often helps expedite delivery.

Yes—many of our products qualify for free delivery. Look for qualifying offers when adding items to your basket. Free shipping options vary by product type:

  • Free Standard Shipping – Available on select products. Delivery is free for these items only; adding non-qualifying products to your basket may incur a shipping charge. Applies to most areas of the contiguous USA. Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days.

  • Free Expedited Shipping – Select items qualify for complimentary expedited delivery to the contiguous USA. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

  • Free Shipping for Truck Items (Oversized) – Many large or heavy items that require trucking methods are still shipped free to the contiguous USA.

  • Free Standard Threshold Delivery – For large, bulky purchases, our delivery team will carry your items inside your home or business over the threshold. Available for ground floor only. Does not include uncrating or assembly. To arrange, please contact our Sales Department at 888.483.1118.

 To see an estimated delivery date before placing your order, simply add your item(s) to the shopping cart. After confirming your shipping address, you’ll be able to select from available shipping methods and view anticipated delivery dates.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment. If you still can’t locate them, log in to My Orders to check the latest status, or contact our Customer Service team at 888.483.1118.

 Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation.

 Once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address. You may be able to make updates directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. We’ll provide updates via email and in My Orders if delays occur.

 First, check with neighbors, your building manager, or reception area. If the package is still missing, contact our Customer Service team immediately so we can assist with the carrier’s investigation.

 We can only ship each order to a single address. If you’d like to send items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each destination. We appreciate your understanding.
