Echo Hub redefines distributed home control: an 8" HD touchscreen paired with multi-protocol local control (Zigbee, Thread, Matter and Sidewalk) and Alexa gives families a responsive panel for lighting, climate, security and media—designed to operate locally even if the internet goes down. Purpose-tuned audio, a four-microphone array, proximity sensing and PoE-capable power options make Echo Hub a flexible, secure, and installation-friendly control surface for modern connected homes.
Unified, Local, and Reliable Smart-Home Control
Echo Hub combines a responsive 8" HD display with a MediaTek MT 8169 A processor and local multi-protocol radio stack to deliver dependable control and orchestration for thousands of devices. Native support for Zigbee, Thread and Matter enables local automation and low-latency control even when internet connectivity is lost. The integrated voice UX (Alexa in English & Spanish), combined with proximity detection and an adaptive brightness ALS, makes the Hub an always-available household interface for routines, security, audio and communications.
Local device support depends on device compatibility and configuration. Some security integrations (e.g., Ring arm/disarm) require compatible third-party services or accounts. PoE requires an optional PoE injector or switch.

Audio, Calling & Media
Dual stereo speakers deliver clear voice responses and music playback; the Hub supports A2DP streaming to and from Bluetooth endpoints and enables video calling using the integrated microphones and on-screen UI.

Install on wall or tabletop. Included wall-mount hardware and template support quick installation; PoE is supported via an optional adapter for centralized power and cable routing. USB-C integrated male input supplies DC power and accessory connectivity.
